The 23rd National Level Meeting between India and Myanmar took place on 07-08 July 2026 in New Delhi, led by Shri Govind Mohan from India and Major General Min Thu from Myanmar.

The meeting reaffirmed the longstanding friendship and partnership. Discussions included combating terrorism, narcotics trafficking, human trafficking, and enhancing operational coordination.
Both sides emphasized preventing the misuse of territory for activities harmful to security. Myanmar assured that its territory would not be used against India's interests.
