The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare organised a three-day Ayushman Arogya Shivir from 22 to 24 July 2026 across Kartavya Bhawan-I, Kartavya Bhawan-II, and Kartavya Bhawan-III in New Delhi. The initiative was organised by the Central TB Division (CTD) in collaboration with the Delhi State TB Cell, the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP), and the Swasth Nagrik Abhiyaan (SNA) Division of the same ministry, with a focus on preventive healthcare, early diagnosis, and healthy-living awareness among government officials and central secretariat staff working in the Kartavya Bhawans.
Camp delivery and screening services
Ayushman Arogya Shivir operationalised preventive healthcare for Central Secretariat staff while embedding TB-focused early detection through Ni-kshay Vahans. The model highlights how screening, on-site diagnostics, and referral pathways can be organised within government workplaces to support NTEP’s TB Mukt Bharat vision.
