• Gujarat (Valsad District) and UT Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman: DoT authorized immediate ICR activation after severe flooding caused major node outages across Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman, and adjoining Valsad district. Activation is directed up to 23:59 hrs of 27 July 2026 (or earlier if further instructions are issued).
