What happened: CARA digitised end-to-end adoption through the Adoption Module under Mission Vatsalya
CARA (Central Adoption Resource Authority) digitised the end-to-end adoption workflow by using the digital platform called the Adoption Module on the Mission Vatsalya portal. The goal is to reduce delays and improve transparency by moving key steps of the adoption case process into an online, trackable workflow.
