Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh addressed the 9th National ANUBHAV Awards Ceremony, 2026 and the 60th Pre-Retirement Counselling Workshop at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Dr. Singh linked pension reforms with easier living for pensioners and more efficient pension administration.
Dr. Singh also emphasised feedback from serving and retired government employees to identify gaps in administrative systems and improve government practices.

The government stated that ANUBHAV was launched in 2015 as a platform to preserve and use the experience of government employees. The stated objective is that shared experiences can guide improvements in policies, procedures, and administration.
