Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri visited Colombo for a day-long engagement and urged Sri Lanka’s leadership to hold long-delayed elections to Sri Lanka’s Provincial Councils at the earliest.
Vikram Misri also urged Sri Lanka’s leadership to fully implement constitutional provisions to meet Tamil people’s aspirations.
