On the next morning, Kandadai Thozhappan finds Acharya Nampillai already seated on the pyol inside Acharya Nampillai’s house. Acharya Nampillai explains that Kandadai Thozhappan is Acharya Nampillai’s descendant, and Acharya Nampillai comes to ask for forgiveness because Kandadai Thozhappan must have done something wrong.
