Maharashtra Police arrested Bijendra Kumar Gupta, described by police as the prime accused and alleged mastermind in the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) paper leak case, along with his associate Indrajit Singh. Police said Gupta was arrested in Bihar’s Samastipur district. Police said Indrajit Singh was arrested in Patna. Police then transported both accused from Patna to Pune by road and took them to Bhiwandi, where a court remanded both accused to police custody until July 30.
