What happened

India’s government responded to Pakistan’s remarks concerning the abrogation of Article 370 (the constitutional provision dealing with Jammu and Kashmir’s special status) by calling Pakistan’s comments “malicious.” Alongside the Article 370-related dispute, India also flagged allegations connected with killings in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoK) (territory administered by Pakistan).
