The Quad foreign ministers reaffirmed support for a free, open, secure and prosperous Indo-Pacific. The meeting linked maritime security with practical cooperation in critical and emerging technologies, infrastructure, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
India’s foreign minister stressed ASEAN centrality and regional stability. The United States side said the Quad remains a priority.
