The resumed Imphal–Guwahati bus service operates on National Highway 2. Manipur officials described the Imphal–Guwahati bus link as a key surface connection between Manipur and the outside region.
Manipur officials reported that 125 passengers travelled from Imphal to Guwahati on Friday morning using two buses and five vans.
