What happened: launch of “Samadhan Didi” on CPGRAMS
The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions launched an AI-enabled CPGRAMS chatbot named “Samadhan Didi” on 30 May 2026. The chatbot enables multilingual voice-based registration of grievances and uses AI to identify the appropriate Ministry/Department and grievance category for accurate routing to the concerned Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO).
