Physical fitness, mental resilience and inner balance are essential attributes of every Air Warrior. Upholding these values, the Indian Air Force (IAF) is gearing up to celebrate the International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2026.
This celebration will include the conduct of a Common Yoga Protocol, reaffirming IAF's commitment to fitness, resilience, and holistic well-being.
Yoga sessions will take place across diverse terrains in India, from the high-altitude Mountains of Leh to the beaches of Car Nicobar, involving Air Warriors, their families, school children, and NCC cadets.
