The Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar, under the Ministry of Ayush, recently concluded a 100-day countdown campaign for the upcoming 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026. This campaign emphasized the theme 'Yoga for Healthy Ageing.'

The campaign engaged over 4,500 participants through various activities, including yoga workshops, CME programs, and group practice sessions. With the aim of promoting yoga across all sections of society, this initiative reflects the Ministry’s goals.
