The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026 at Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi.
With more than 100 participants, the event highlighted the theme 'Yoga for Healthy Ageing', reflective of yoga's efficacy in enhancing quality of life.
