Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Smt. Raksha Khadse, today held a comprehensive review meeting with Shri Maninder Pal Singh, Secretary General, Cycling Federation of India (CFI), and senior officials of the Federation.
The discussions focused on building a structured pathway for cyclists—from grassroots talent identification to high-performance training and international exposure.
The meeting reviewed India's expanding engagement with the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the upcoming Pune Grand Tour.
Notably, the UCI Annual Report 2026 recognized India's contributions to global cycling, reflecting the growing recognition of India's sporting capabilities.
