Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today dedicated, inaugurated, and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth around ₹1.06 lakh crore in Balotra, Rajasthan. Acknowledging the massive public gathering, he set a highly collaborative tone for the development initiatives.
He expressed gratitude for the people's support and highlighted the significance of self-sufficiency for national dignity.
Dedicating the Rajasthan Refinery, Modi stated this will enhance employment opportunities for the youth and contribute to economic independence.
The Prime Minister contrasted his government's proactive approach in project execution with the previous government’s failures, emphasizing rapid progress even in the face of challenges.
Significant projects highlighted by Modi included the new airport terminal in Jodhpur, the launch of a UDAN scheme phase, and the major expansion of the Jaipur Metro network.
He also mentioned the distribution of job appointment letters to approximately 54,000 young candidates, reinforcing government efforts towards youth empowerment.
