Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah launched the 'Mission 70 Lakh Plantation' campaign in New Delhi, inaugurating various development projects of the Delhi Government.
Under a Grand Master Plan, 300 electric buses were launched and the foundation laid for a High Security Prison in Narela.
Shri Shah noted harmful trees in Delhi's Ridge and announced a plan to plant 1 crore native plants and establish legal protections for over 6,300 hectares.
