The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) successfully conducted the National Training of Trainers (NToT) for all five cadres delivering primary healthcare services at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) over a two-day programme at the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi.

During the inaugural session, Smt. Aradhana Patnaik, Additional Secretary and Mission Director (National Health Mission), emphasized the need for a skilled workforce and quality certification in public healthcare.

The training programme aims to roll out training through 100 Regional Training Institutes beginning August 2026. It focuses on integrating health programmes and enhancing both technical knowledge and soft skills among frontline health workers.
