NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) and the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Government of Punjab, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 7, 2026, to support the digital transformation of Punjab's logistics ecosystem through the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). The goal is to enhance logistics visibility, improve operational efficiency, strengthen inter-departmental coordination, and enable data-driven decision-making through real-time data exchange.
ULIP acts as a digital gateway for logistics-related data from various government systems using API-based integration. Currently, it integrates 46 systems across 12 Central Ministries and Departments via 142 APIs, with over 2,000 data fields, supporting more than 450 crore API transactions.
