What happened: Government rollout indicators under eCourts Phase III
The Ministry of Law and Justice presented implementation progress for eCourts Phase III (2023–2027), a digital transformation programme for Indian courts under the e-Courts Mission Mode Project. The stated objective is faster case processing and reduced case pendency through digital, paperless court processes.
The Government reported the following implementation status indicators and system capabilities:
