Union Home Minister Amit Shah said the Union Cabinet enabled a bench of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir in Ladakh.
Stated objective
Amit Shah stated that the bench enablement is meant to enhance access to justice for citizens in remote areas of Ladakh and to reduce the time required to access legal services that citizens are entitled to.
