13 Indian seafarers trapped in Ukraine port
Forward Seamen’s Union of India says 13 Indian sailors are trapped at the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk after missile and drone attacks, and two other Indian seafarers went missing after a drone attack near the Danube–Black Sea route.

Forward Seamen’s Union of India reports that 15 sailors are trapped in the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk because of missile and drone attacks in the vicinity. The union says 13 of these sailors are Indians and that the crew is aboard the vessel M.V. AMIR1.
Forward Seamen’s Union of India urges relevant authorities, the shipowner, the flag state, and the Government of India to ensure the sailors’ safety and arrange prompt repatriation.
