What happened
Hezbollah held a large funeral in Majdal Selm in south Lebanon for people killed in recent fighting with Israel. The burials covered fighters as well as civilians, showing that the conflict has affected both combatants and non-combatants.
Hezbollah buried 44 people in total. The dead included 39 fighters, four civilians said to have died in Israeli operations, and one person who died of natural causes.
