A collaboration between major corporates such as Microsoft, Singtel, and Tata Communications was announced to develop a submarine cable system linking India with Malaysia and Singapore.
This project, named I-2SEA, aims to cater to the rising demand for data connectivity spurred by AI and cloud services in the region.
