What happened
The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) questioned Swapna Suresh, the prime accused in the Life Mission bribery case, for over three hours at Muttathara in Thiruvananthapuram. The VACB was preparing to submit the charge sheet.
The case concerns alleged kickbacks linked to the award of a construction contract for the Kerala government's housing project under Life Mission at Wadakkanchery in Thrissur, which was intended to rehabilitate flood victims.
