What happened: reported strikes on Russian refineries
Ukrainian forces reportedly carried out overnight strikes on two Russian oil refineries using long-range drones and missiles.
The reported targets were a Lukoil refinery in Russia’s Perm region and a refinery in Ryazan.
Russian authorities reportedly stated that drone debris caused fires at unspecified industrial sites and reported that a small number of people were taken to hospital after the Ryazan attack.
