The Kerala government is scrutinizing a proposal from the Adani Group to transfer its 49% stake in Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited to the Switzerland-based MSC Group.
The government's displeasure was expressed by Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan, who stated that they were not informed earlier about the deal.
