The Ministry of Education announced support under Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA), described as the third phase of Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA). PM-USHA was launched in June 2023 with an outlay of Rs. 12,926.10 crore for 2023-24 to 2025-26, including committed liabilities of the earlier phases of RUSA.
