What happened: 261st Home Affairs standing committee Report on “Disaster Management”
The Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs in the Rajya Sabha presented its 261st Report on “Disaster Management” in Parliament on 7 August 2026. The announcement names Dr. Radha Mohan Das Agrawal, M.P. as the committee chairperson.
The Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs adopted the draft reports in a meeting held on 5 August 2026 and then presented the adopted reports in Parliament with recommendations and observations enclosed.
