What happened (MPD-2047-linked housing, redevelopment and regularisation measures)

The Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs announced MPD-2047-linked housing and land-use measures. The announcement focuses on adding housing capacity through redevelopment, land pooling and higher-density development corridors, while improving housing security for residents in Jhuggi jhopri (JJ) clusters and unauthorised colonies.
