The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) organized the Inaugural BRICS MSME Forum 2026 in Agra. It aimed at enhancing collaboration among BRICS nations to strengthen MSMEs, emphasizing sustainability and competitiveness.
Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, Minister of MSME, highlighted that collective action is necessary to address challenges like financing and technology adoption faced by MSMEs. He stressed that BRICS countries can leverage their strengths for mutual benefit.
Uttar Pradesh's Minister for MSME, Shri Bhupendra Chaudhary, discussed the state's commitment to creating an enabling ecosystem for entrepreneurship. He pointed out that MSMEs are crucial for employment generation and economic transformation.
