SHE-LEAPS stands for Self-Help Entrepreneur-Livelihoods and Enterprise Application for Prosperity and Sustainability. It is a digital platform for empowering women associated with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) across rural India.
This initiative facilitates enterprise creation and performance tracking, supporting both farm and non-farm rural enterprises, which strengthens the rural economy.
The SHE-LEAPS mobile application was launched on June 29, 2026, during the Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Sammelan in New Delhi, and it aims to enhance the financial inclusion of SHG households.
