Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw Announces New Era in Semiconductors
Union Minister for Electronics and IT, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, announced the start of commercial production at the CG SEMI facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This marks the third semiconductor plant in India to begin operations in 2026.
