Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah addressed the 5th Foundation Day celebration of the Ministry of Cooperation in New Delhi today.
On this day, Amit Shah emphasized the establishment of an independent ministry, which he claims revitalized the cooperative sector after 75 years of neglect.
He highlighted the ministry's role in enhancing transparency, governance, and the introduction of digital methods in cooperative banks.
Shah also noted the establishment of nine national-level cooperative societies aimed at connecting cooperation from the grassroots to national levels.
