Vice-President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan was briefed at Uprashtrapati Bhavan about the Mission for Cotton Productivity (Kapas Kanti) by Union Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan and senior officials.
The briefing focused on three components: enhancing cotton productivity through research and technology, ensuring a steady supply of quality cotton via KASTURI certification and the Kisan Kapas App, and promoting natural fibers for sustainability.
