What happened
The awareness session was organised at Shramev Jayate Bhawan, New Delhi, by the Delhi Regional Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
UPSC may use SAMADHAN Portal 2.0 to test digital grievance redressal, labour administration, and the implementation architecture of labour laws and Labour Codes. The larger question is whether technology improves access, transparency, and dispute resolution in industrial relations.
