MY Bharat empowers over 1.22 lakh youth with experiential learning programmes
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, through Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), reports 1.22 lakh youth enrolled in 25,063 Experiential Learning Programmes (ELPs) via the MY Bharat portal.
- ELPs are learning through doing. Youth complete supervised, work-like tasks and observe how institutions function.
- MY Bharat issues jointly validated digital certificates after the host organisation verifies completion of the structured assignment.
- MY Bharat ELPs run in collaboration with Government departments, public institutions, academic institutions and partner organisations as host organisations.
- Examples include India Post ELP, Jan Aushadhi ELP, Seva Se Seekhen ELP, PDS ELP, Sadak Suraksha Mitra ELP, Radio Production and Presentation ELP, FPO ELP, Youth Engagement with Senior Citizens at Care Homes ELP, and Semiconductor Training Programme.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, under Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), is running structured Experiential Learning Programmes (ELPs) to give youth practical workplace exposure. The programmes are delivered in collaboration with Government departments, public institutions, and partner organisations, with jointly validated digital certificates generated through the MY Bharat portal.
