What happened
NCGG organised the 4th Special Capacity Building Programme for Senior Civil Servants of Mauritius in New Delhi from 17–22 August 2026.
A Mauritius senior delegation led by Marie Joëlle Sandrine Valere, Senior Chief Executive (Cabinet Office), interacted with Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh.
The programme gathered 15 senior officials from 11 Mauritius ministries and departments for sharing governance practices and approaches to public service delivery.
Background and earlier position
NCGG stated that it signed a MoU with Mauritius’ Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms in March 2025.
