Samajwadi Party (SP) announced a women-focused welfare plan named ‘Stree Samman Samridhhi Yojana’ for Uttar Pradesh. SP leaders said the scheme would provide ₹40,000 every year to each woman if SP forms the government after the 2027 elections.
