What happened

A joint team of Manipur Police, the National Investigation Agency (NIA), and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) arrested a couple accused of involvement in the killing of six Liangmai Naga civilians in Manipur.

Police said Pradip and his wife, Ayingbi alias Mangaih, were arrested early from a village in Kangpokpi district. They were identified through victim families and NIA evidence.
