Man hurls papers at SC Bench after incoherent address

The Supreme Court did not take action against a petitioner who disrupted proceedings by giving an incoherent address and throwing a bundle of papers toward the bench. The order later indicated that the court considered the petitioner’s condition and also found no reason to interfere with the judgment on merits.

The incident involved two judges hearing the case. Security personnel intervened immediately after the disruption. The petitioner was identified as Prabal Pratap.
