Minister asked us to flag unjust cancellations under FCRA, says church leader

What the delegation said
UPSC may link the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026 with constitutional freedoms, regulation of non-governmental organisations, and administrative safeguards against arbitrary action. The Manipur reference adds an internal security dimension on ethnic conflict, rule of law, and the role of institutions in peace-building.
