Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Special Cell and the State Investigation Agency (SIA) have secured an Interpol Red Corner Notice against Hizbul Mujahideen-designated terrorist Imtiyaz Ahmad Kandoo, also known as Fayaz and Sajad.
