The two-day National Workshop on Strengthening Tribal Research Institutes (TRIs) concluded in Bhubaneswar with the adoption of the Bhubaneswar Declaration. This initiative is intended to advance the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 by strengthening institutions that promote tribal knowledge.
Around 200 participants discussed ways to transform TRIs into Knowledge and Cultural Resource Centres, emphasizing the documentation and preservation of tribal languages and heritage.
