What happened
The Ministry of Ayush has said that the Ayush Grid is the information-technology backbone of the Ayush sector. The Ministry has also said that the digital ecosystem now includes 24 e-governance platforms covering service delivery, research and development, Ayush drug administration, medicinal plants, education and awareness, capacity building, and outreach.
The Ministry has placed the My Ayush Integrated Services Portal (MAISP) at the centre of the system. The portal integrates Ayush applications and services into one digital interface and includes an AI-enabled chatbot in beta version for user support.
What changed
The Ministry of Ayush has shifted from a set of separate portals to a more integrated digital ecosystem. The stated goal is to make Ayush services more accessible, monitorable, and interoperable across facilities, States, and Union Territories.
The Ministry of Ayush has also linked the Ayush Grid to broader digital-health architecture through Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM)-compliant systems and by proposing multilingual support in convergence with the Digital India BHASHINI Division under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
