What happened: MyGov reported consultation activity and participation
The Government of India, through the MyGov citizen engagement platform, reported growth in citizen consultations and other engagement formats on multiple national policy themes. The update was submitted in Rajya Sabha by the Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, Shri Jitin Prasada on 24.07.2026. MyGov stated that it hosts discussions, polls, and surveys for policy issues of public interest and welfare, and shares compiled citizen opinions with the concerned Ministries/Departments for consideration.
