During the interaction, the Vice-President addressed 34 young officers, including 16 women, and congratulated the trainees. He also highlighted that growing women representation in the Indian Statistical Service reflects India’s shift from women empowerment to women-led development.
Core message: accurate data is the foundation for correct decisions and scheme delivery
The Vice-President stressed that accurate and reliable data is crucial for governance and for delivering government schemes.
