A terror attack in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, reportedly killed two non-local labourers from Chhattisgarh, bringing the death toll to two. The incident was reported to have occurred in the Kellam area on Friday evening. Both victims were brick-kiln labourers.
Reported casualties and immediate actions:
Deepak Ratre (24) died in hospital late Friday.Bopinbder Kumar (28) also died during treatment.The victims were cremated in Kulgam on Saturday under tight security.
