What happened (terrorist attack in Kulgam)
A terrorist attack occurred in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said the attack killed a labourer from Chhattisgarh and left another person injured.
